Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Overview
FileAlloy provides a PDF processing API and a set of free browser based tools. By using the website, the free tools, or the API, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The API
API access is sold and metered through RapidAPI. Your use of the API is also subject to RapidAPI's terms. You are responsible for keeping your API key private and for all usage under your account. Quotas and pricing are shown on the RapidAPI listing.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process content you do not have the right to process, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service. We may rate limit or suspend access that threatens the stability or security of the platform.
4. Files and privacy
API requests are processed in memory and are not stored. The free browser tools run entirely on your device and never upload your files. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FileAlloy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profit, arising from use of the service.
